Purchase Options

1. One-Time Purchase

  • Pay in full at checkout.
  • Taxes and shipping (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
  • Discount codes (when active) apply to one-time purchases unless otherwise noted.

2. Gift Cards / Promo Codes

  • Only one discount code can be used per order.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases.
  • Gift cards can be used with a discount code if Shopify allows both at checkout.
  • Some collections (clearance, licensed, or limited-edition items) may be excluded from promotions.

3. Order Changes (Address / Size / Style)

  • Orders begin processing quickly. If you need to change your shipping address, size, or item, contact us immediately after placing your order.
  • Once the order is in production/packed/shipped, we are not able to make changes.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancel Window:

  • We accept cancellation requests within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • To cancel, email us at customercare@kosscreative.com with your order number and “Cancel Order” in the subject line.

After 2 Hours / Already Processed:

  • If your order has already entered production or has shipped, we can’t cancel it.
  • In that case, you may be able to do a return or exchange (if the item qualifies) once you receive it. See our return policy.

Custom / Limited / Clearance Items:

  • Custom, holiday, event, or clearance/“when they’re gone, they’re gone” items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Refund Method:

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original form of payment.
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
